Goal
To strengthen the communication between department heads and their employees in order to create a conducive working environment.
Solution
We customized a Q&A platform on WeChat for AZ’s employees to ask questions, comment, and share their opinions with the various department heads. These heads were also able to regularly respond to the employees‘ queries.

The platform on AZ’s business account allowed department heads to answer employees’ questions. At the backend, the clients were able to pick and choose which questions to feature. Employees whose questions were featured were rewarded with prizes.
Design
A simple and clear user interface allowed users to navigate through the platform easily.
